Red Property Management Ltd offers rental management services to an impressive portfolio of luxury accommodation to meet every requirement, from stylish two bedrooms to spacious four and five bedroom condos, chalets, and town homes, all beautifully furnished and outfitted to provide guests with the ultimate in comfort and luxury. Our rental accommodations are located at Red Mountain Resort next to the base of Red and Granite Mountains. We have 59 condos, chalets and town homes available including the brand-new slope side Slalom Creek condos.
Our condos are all non-smoking. Pets are not allowed except with prior approval of the condo owner, and a $35. pet charge will apply.
Summer Deposit and Cancellation Policy - April 2 through December 1, 2007
Advance deposit of one night plus tax at the time of booking. Full payment will be processed seven (7) days prior to arrival. Cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $35. Cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours to arrival will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. Payment is fully non-refundable after check-in.
Winter Deposit and Cancellation Policy - December 3, 2007 through April 6, 2008
Advance deposit of two nights plus tax at the time of booking. Full payment will be processed fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $50. Cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days to arrival will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. Payment is fully non-refundable after check-in.
Holiday 2007-2008 Deposit and Cancellation Policy - December 22, 2007 through January 1, 2008, and February 16 ? 24, 2008
Advance deposit of two nights plus tax at the time of booking if reservation is made prior to November 30, 2007. Full payment will be due in full on November 30, 2007. Full amount will be due and payable on all bookings made after November 30, 2007. All reservations must be cancelled prior to November 30, 2007 to receive a full refund less a $100. Cancellation fee. Cancellations after November 30, 2007 will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. Payment is fully non-refundable after check-in.
