Red Property Management Ltd offers owner services, which elevate us above our competition. The rental management program includes maintenance of the linen inventory, annual deep cleaning services, regular maintenance checks, weekly inspections and snow removal in the winter months ensuring that your investment is being well cared for. The rental management agreement provides all the details of the required unit rental standards.
Red Property Management acts as your agent in booking your properties in your absence. We command top rates on the mountain, fully inventory all units to ensure contents are accounted for or replaced and provide 'top to bottom' cleaning services following each rental to guarantee that your unit is returned to you in immaculate condition.
